Refund & Return Policy for Electrasphere Store


At electrasphere.store, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we’re here to help. This policy outlines how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges. Please read carefully before making a purchase.


Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • You have proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).

  • The item is not a final sale, custom item, or gift card, as these are non-refundable unless faulty.


 How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email us at support@electrasphere.store with the following information:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return (optional, but helpful)

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item. Please do not send any items back without first contacting us.


Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product), you’ll be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your return without tracking.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

  • If your refund is late or missing, please first check with your bank or credit card provider. If it’s still not resolved, contact us at support@electrasphere.store.


 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at support@electrasphere.store with your order details and photos (if applicable).


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send a photo of the item and packaging to support@electrasphere.store, and we’ll make it right—either with a replacement or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software or digital products

  • Personal care or hygiene items

  • Items marked as Final Sale

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.


Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we begin processing, and cancellations may not be possible. If the order has already shipped, you’ll need to go through the return process once you receive it.
