📦 Orders & Shipping

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping times vary by location. On average:

  • USA: 7–14 business days

  • Canada, UK, Australia: 10–20 business days

  • Rest of the world: 14–30 business days
    You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. You can also use our Order Tracking page at any time.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. We often offer free shipping promotions, so keep an eye out!

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide! Just note that customs or import fees may apply depending on your country.


🛒 Orders & Payments

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: You can request changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, we may have already started processing it.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, Apple Pay, and other secure payment methods listed at checkout.

Q: I didn’t get a confirmation email. What should I do?
A: Check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s not there, contact us with your name and the email used at checkout.


🔄 Returns & Refunds

Q: What’s your return policy?
A: You can return items within 30 days of receiving them, as long as they’re unused, in original packaging, and not marked final sale. Visit our Refund Policy for full details.

Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
A: If the return is due to an error on our end (wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping is your responsibility.

Q: How long does it take to get a refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear back on your original payment method.


💡 Product & Support

Q: How do I know which size to choose?
A: If your product has sizing options, we’ll include a size chart on the product page. Feel free to reach out if you need help choosing.

Q: My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
A: We're really sorry about that! Please send us a photo of the damaged item to support@electrasphere.store within 7 days, and we’ll make it right.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping or custom notes?
A: At this time, we don’t offer gift wrapping, but we're working on adding that option in the future!

Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Absolutely. All payments are encrypted and processed securely through Shopify’s trusted platform. Your information is never stored on our servers.

Q: Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
A: If you’re interested in placing a bulk order, please email us at support@electrasphere.store with your request and quantity. We’ll be happy to discuss special pricing.
